The registration fee includes:

For participants: admission to the symposium and the exhibitions; symposium materials (bag, badge, program and abstract book, CD; all other printed materials), daily coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. Participation to the social program (welcome reception, gala dinner, open-air party), VAT.

For one day attendants: access to the scientific program and exhibition hall on the selected day; without submission of paper; symposium materials (bag, badge, program and abstract book, CD; all other printed materials); coffee breaks and lunch on the selected day; VAT.

For accompanying persons: daily coffee breaks, lunches and dinners, participation to the social program (welcome reception, gala dinner, open-air party), VAT.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be faxed, e-mailed or post-mailed to the Symposium Organizer.

The refund of received registration fee cancellations will be:

• Until June 30, 2011: 100% (minus 25 € handling fee)
• After July 1, 2011:      50% (minus 25 € handling fee)
• After August 1, 2011: No refund is possible

The materials of the symposium will be sent by post mail to the subscribed participant.

 

Accommodation:

All offers for accommodation are located nearby the Symposium Venue. The reported rates include breakfast and VAT.

Reservations should be directly made by the Participants after 15th of March, 2011.

In order to receive the reserved accommodation, please specify "17-ISSS participant".
